Privacy Policy

Effective from: DD/MM/YYYY

This notice explains what happens to the information you provide when you use this website, which is operated by One Global Service Providers. It applies to this website only and covers the enquiry forms on the Contact Us and Partner With Us pages together with the technical records our servers keep while serving pages to you.

Information We Collect

1. Information you choose to send us

This website has no login, no account area and no payment facility. The only information you actively give us is what you type into one of the two enquiry forms:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your telephone number;
  • A subject line indicating the type of partnership you are interested in, on the Partner With Us form only;
  • The message you write.

We do not request (and do not ask for) medical records, diagnostic reports, patient history, payment card details, bank account details or government identity documents through our enquiry forms. Users should not submit such information. If such information is nevertheless provided, it will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

2. Information collected automatically

When you request a page, our web server and application record ordinary technical information so the site can run, stay available and be diagnosed when something breaks. This includes the internet (IP) address your request came from, the page requested, the date and time, response status and similar request data.

When you submit an enquiry, we also record the IP address the submission came from, a reference number for that submission, and a partially masked form of your email address, so a specific report can be traced through our logs without writing the full address into them.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and nothing else. One protects the enquiry forms against cross-site request forgery; another carries the confirmation message across the redirect that follows a successful submission and expires immediately after it is shown.

We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and no third-party measurement or marketing script runs on this site.

Why We Use This Information?

We use what you send us, and what is collected automatically, only for the following purposes:

  • To read, assess and respond to your enquiry;
  • To consider and process partnership requests;
  • To provide information, materials or a call-back you have asked for;
  • To detect and prevent spam, automated submissions, duplicate submissions and other abuse of the forms;
  • To diagnose technical faults and to keep the website secure and available;
  • To keep appropriate records of business enquiries we have received and answered;
  • To meet obligations that apply to us under law, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell your information. We do not use enquiry details to send you marketing that you have not asked for, and submitting an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list.

Service Providers

Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted to us using an external email delivery service. The service processes the contents of your submission solely to deliver it to our mailbox.

Partnership enquiries are sent using Elastic Email. Your email address is set as the reply address on the message so that we can respond to you directly.

We also rely on service providers who host the website and store its server logs. These providers process information on our behalf and only on our instructions, for the purposes described in this notice.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. These purposes are handling and following up your enquiry, maintaining our business records, resolving any dispute that may arise, keeping the website secure, and complying with our legal obligations.

Technical and server log records are kept for a shorter period, appropriate to security monitoring and fault diagnosis. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized.

Who We Share It With

We share enquiry information only where there is a reason to do so, and only with:

  • Members of our staff who need it to respond to you or to assess a partnership request;
  • The email delivery provider that transmits your submission to us;
  • The service providers who host this website and maintain its server logs;
  • Our professional advisors, where they need it to advise us; and
  • A court, regulator, law-enforcement agency or other authority, where we are required by law to disclose it, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

How We Protect It

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through this website. These include:

  • Encrypting traffic between your browser and this website using HTTPS;
  • Protecting submissions against cross-site request forgery;
  • Limiting the number of submissions accepted from a single address; and
  • Storing the credentials used to send enquiry notifications in secure server configuration, not in any location where the website can display them.

No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to include in your message.

Your Requests

If you would like to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw a consent you have given us (where we hold the information on that basis), or raise any question about this notice, please write to info@1gsp.in or to the address at the foot of this page.

Please give us enough detail to find the enquiry you are referring to, for example the approximate date you submitted it and the email address you used. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and there may be information we are required to keep to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Children

This website is intended for businesses, healthcare organisations and other adults making corporate enquiries. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through this website, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Websites

Some pages link to documents and websites operated by other organisations, including stock exchange and regulatory websites. Once you follow such a link, the other organization's privacy practices apply, not ours, and we have no control over how it handles your information.

We would encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you go on to use.

Health-Related Content

The healthcare, diagnostic and laboratory information published on this website is general and informational. It is not medical advice or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Please do not send test results, prescriptions or clinical questions through the enquiry forms.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time as the website or our practices change. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and its effective date is shown at the top of the page. Please check back periodically to see whether anything has changed.
